Here's a little template script I've been using a lot. It's UI (mostly poached from Batch) to run something on a drag and drop list of files. Just put your code in the top doThing() class. Improvements and suggestions are welcome.

I’ve made some small edits: using showInterface instead of showUI (deprecated), using negative values and padding to make the list and buttons responsive, and some tiny PEP8 edits.
