  :) The transform options did expand with RoboFont 1.2 It really handy to disable components if you want to transform a selection of glyphs, where there is a mix of hard outlines and components glyphs. If this option isn't disabled the component is being transformed twice.

  Will be in the next update, but only on mouse down, and not while dragging the "magnetic" contour selection (otherwise it will only be flipping the selection while dragging)

  The beta for 1.3 hides the inspector window when it's already open. So one can close and open the inspector window with the same short cut.

  this could be a nice extension :) I don't think I will embed it into the app natively, such a feature is similar like drawing with primitives that already exists as an extension (see http://doc.robofont.com/extensions/shapes-tool/ )

  Any plans to make a "Built Names" button in the Font Info panel to quickly build General, Open Type, and Postscript names? This would be a great time saver and much appreciated. I just spent a long time getting my interpolated fonts in a family to show up, finally realizing that I hadn't set the postscript name (this didn't seem to matter so much in fontlab), only having set the general and open type names, and this was causing a conflict with the "unique ID" being the same for multiple fonts.

  the outline selection ability disappears when a big zoom-out view is active: you can still use the keyboard, but click-select and drag is not possible because outline view is simplified :(
