SOLVED What is the preferences label for the Glyph Window background?

  • I’m hoping to work in a darkmode, but with the adjustment to the Glyph View canvas in RF4, it is slightly disrupted. Specifically, I’m using the excellent Theme Manager extension, but everything outside the glyph box seems to retain a light gray color, and I can’t find the option to change this in Theme Manager, or in RF Preferences, or in the RF JSON Preferences.

    I’m hoping to make it look more dark, like it does in RF3:

    I’m guessing the option does exist, and I’m just missing it somehow. Any help is appreciated!

    As always, thank you!

  • Perfect, that’s it!

    Thanks.

    And ha, maybe I’ll leave the unexpected blue. :)

    oh those are: glyphViewMarginColor
    and while holding the preview key: glyphViewPreviewBackgroundColor

    I like the unexpected blue..

  • @frederik said in What is the preferences label for the Glyph Window background?:

    glyphViewClipBackgroundColor

    Thanks for the quick response! However, that doesn’t quite change the area I am hoping to change.

    It does change the area far outside of the glyph box (shown below in rgba[0, 0, 1, 1], blue). But, it doesn’t change the light gray between that and the main glyph area.

    "glyphViewClipBackgroundColor": [0, 0, 1, 1],

    Is there perhaps another option I can set, to adjust that middle outer area?
