SOLVED Toggle guidelines hotkey no longer works

I recently upgraded to Version 4.2 (build 2204191146) and my hotkey for toggling guidelines on/off no longer works. I've tried rebinding it but nothing works. Any ideas? I'm on 11.6 (20G165)
