Sluggish drawing in Single Window Mode

I’m not sure when it started, but in the last few days RF has very sluggish bezier manipulation in Single Window Mode. Switching it off and re-opening the UFO has normal responsive bezier manipulation. Safe Mode doesn't seem to make a difference.
