SOLVED Glyphs UFO to Robofont
-
Hey there! I’ve followed the tutorial provided here https://robofont.com/documentation/how-tos/converting-from-glyphs-to-ufo/ because the .ufo file is saved from Glyphs comes back as:
The file isn’t in the correct format. contents.plist is missing.
I've put my file into a "ufo" folder and tried running the exportFontsFromGlyphsToUFO.py. This, however, results in:
Traceback (most recent call last): File "exportFontsFromGlyphsToUFO.py", line 8, in <module> NameError: name 'NSClassFromString' is not defined
How to fix this?

Marking it as solved for now, in case let me know!

Hey!
That article from the RF docs might be a bit outdated. Which version of GlyphsApp are you using? I've recently exported a ufo from GlyphsApp with v3 and I was able to open it in RoboFont.
Can you share the ufo file off-forum?
