Line to curve

Is it just me? «Alt + click on a straight line to generate BCPs with the rule of thirds.» doesn’t work for me. It just selects the line segment, like normal click without modifier keys does.

Thanks Jo, a drag is needed to prevent accidentally adding bcp's

I also was a bit confused when I first tried this but you have to also drag the segment while clicking on it.
