Unable to license RoboFont 3.0

Hello, I am using RoboFont Version 3.0 (built 1803062007), trial version. I'm on a Mac 10.13.2 OS (High Sierra).

I just obtained a student license and have attempted to license my trial version. I have dragged the .roboFontLicense file into the License dialog, but nothing happens. I also tried Import and selected the .roboFontLicense file, but nothing happens.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application several times, but nothing happens.

I hope someone can advise me on what I should do now.

there is a known issue with RF3 and temporary licenses. An update is scheduled soon.
