License Problems

I have a paid license from November 2015 and this is the first time I have used Robofont for sometime but it is saying to me "Your Trial license is expired!"
I've tried to add the license again but it says it's an Invalid license.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

RoboFont 3 is a paid upgrade. Your old RoboFont 1 license will not work.
