Space center: access to Left sidebearing

I cannot see a way to adjust LSB? Only the RSB seems adjustable with the keyboard arrows.
Same with shifting/adjusting glyph position within the width: so far, only click-n-drag is possible, which is too coarse.

left-right arrows --> move RSB

alt + left/right arrows --> move LSB

control + left/right arrows --> move glyph in its white space (on Lion you have to change the default settings for this shortcut)

+ shift --> add 10
