Snap anchors to contour points

Is it possible to have the option to snap anchors to contour points in the glyph view?

anchors snapping to points is now available in RF3.3b

could elaborate? While moving an anchor it should not only snap to the on curve points but also follow a line/curve segment, similar as what a guide is doing?
